Yoga and Neuroplasticity
How can regularly practicing yoga help brain neuroplasticity?
This workshop will help you to discover how the different techniques and tools of the discipline of yoga can help us to generate “new routes” and abandon habits that can lead to mental automatism and numb the brain. You will also learn about and experience some of the millenary psychosomatic practices that work together to regenerate this organ, among many other benefits.
A yoga practitioner and student since 2001, she has been teaching regular classes in Barcelona since 2012 and trains teachers at the Mandiram Yoga School. She has been researching and studying for the “conquer your mind” project since 2020, with the aim of promoting techniques to improve mental health. She consolidated the project in January 2023 under the brand name Buddhô Experience, giving yoga courses and workshops to achieve inner peace (mental stillness).
