The Space You Inhabit, Inhabits You

‘The Space You Inhabit Inhabits You’ is an immersive workshop offering a conscious experience of space. Led by Karina Lagarrigue, a psychologist specialised in international mobility and creative environments, the session invites participants to explore how the spaces we inhabit influence emotional regulation, identity, and the sense of belonging.

Through the body, perception, and symbolic expression, attendees will discover how the environment affects the mind and how we, in turn, shape it. Using breathing exercises, mindful movement, guided observation, and small group activities, the workshop fosters awareness of body and surroundings, provides language for discussing identity and place, and encourages small changes that enhance how we inhabit spaces. An accessible, non-clinical experience for all audiences to connect personal experience with collective insight.
