The Brain Film Fest Included in the Catalogue of Excellence and Innovation in Scientific Dissemination by FECYT

The Brain Film Fest, an event driven by the Pasqual Maragall Foundation and co-organized with the production company Minimal Films, has been selected along with 11 other projects out of 231 activities to be featured in the latest edition of the catalogue of excellence and innovation in scientific dissemination published by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT). This recognition highlights the festival’s work in promoting and disseminating scientific content through cinema, aiming to enhance the quality of projects and inspire entities that want to launch activities in the dissemination of science, technology, and innovation.

The Brain Film Fest, noted for its innovative approach to communicating topics related to the brain and neurology, has captured FECYT’s attention for its ability to combine science with art and especially cinema. The festival is held annually in Barcelona at the CCCB and brings together filmmakers, scientists, and the general public in a space dedicated to exploring the human mind through the big screen.
